If your project requires a shape that’s not listed above, our engineering, design, and tool experts can create your custom shape in the precision tolerances you desire.
Custom Metal Spinning
Metal spinning custom metal spinning is a fabrication process where a flat metal disc is fixed in a spinning lathe to create a hollow part with a circular cross-section. The basic shapes that are often produced by this process are variations of the hemisphere, cone, cylindrical shell, and venturi. However, a designer can customize these shapes to create any number of variations to suit different applications.
Metal Craft Spinning and Stamping uses advanced techniques that allow for high-volume production of metal parts using extremely durable materials. This makes custom metal spinning a cost-effective solution for producing rounded metal parts and products for many industries.
We ensure quick turnaround times and high levels of accuracy in large productions by adding automated robots to our CNC production line. Whether you require short lead prototyping or large-scale productions, our versatile custom metal spinning capabilities can meet the needs of your industry’s application.
Custom Metal Stamping
Custom Metal StampingIn metal stamping, pre-cut dies and presses are used to convert sheet metal into a variety of parts and components. Compressive force creates strong and accurate components by bending, punching, blanking, piercing, embossing, or notching the sheet metal. Dies and tools can be modified or custom-made to meet the specific needs of each project, and our knowledgeable engineers are involved with the entire production process.
Metal stamped parts are very durable and high-quality, making them ideal for many industries, such as agriculture, automotive, food service, lighting, ventilation, and industrial applications. Metal Craft Spinning and Stamping uses a range of top-of-the-line equipment to create stamped components of different sizes and shapes for both high and low-volume production runs. Our presses include Lagan 200 ton, hydraulic 150-ton presses, as well as small presses with pressure profiles from 3 to 75 tons.
